The Challenge

A recruiting team needed a fast, mobile-friendly way to log daily activity metrics and see how they stack up against teammates and weekly goals — without opening a spreadsheet.

The Solution

Built a PWA with a simple daily entry form, weekly commitment tracking, and a team leaderboard. Data lives in Google Sheets via Apps Script API, so non-technical team members can still access the raw data. Works offline and installs like a native app.
